Ever wonder where the Top Tulum Instagram spots are located?
Well I may have a few tips for for you!
If you’ve been keeping up on my Instagram, you have seen the beauty of Tulum and all that it has to offer. It’s basically Instagram heaven with the bohemian and lush jungle vibes.
So, without further ado, here are my top Tulum Instagram Spots
1. AZULIK
This was far one of my favorite spots in Tulum. Once you enter Azulik, you enter a beautiful oasis in the middle of a lush Mayan Jungle. Not only can you stay here, but they have multiple restaurants that offer a variety of different cuisines
2. CASA MALCA
If you were ever curious what it would be like living in the mansion of a renowned drug lord, you should check out Casa Malca. This boutique hotel was once owned Pablo Escobar. The property has a variety of rooms and backdrops making it the perfect background for your instagram photo.
3. RAW LOVE
If you need a little break because you got up too early to get the best pictures, stop Raw Love for a little snack. This restaurant has the best tasting and looking acai bowls ever…and that says a lot considering I live in LA. I love the atmosphere around here and you truly feel like you’re in a jungle.
4. AHAU TULUM - TOWERING WOODEN SCULPTURE BY DANIEL POPPER
This one is hard to miss if you’re driving on the main road of Tulum. It’s a giant wooden sculpture made Daniel Popper and has gained a lot of traction since becoming popular on Instagram. I recommend coming here later on in the day when it’s a little brighter outside because early in the morning, you may get some unwanted shadows.
5. XEL-HA
Ok…bare with me on this one. I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking “wait, isn’t this an amusement park?”. Yes, yes it’s an amusement park. But there are so many hidden gems inside the park that I highly recommend you checking it out!
6. GRAN CENOTE
If you want some nice cenote photos, I recommend going early to this cenote. We went around noon and it was PACKED. I mean it was so packed that everyone was swimming shoulder to shoulder. So if you want some more time to get that “perfect shot”, definitely get here early.
7. COBA RUINS
This one is for my adventurous friends out there. If you enjoyed the ruins of Chichen Itza then you will for sure love this one too. In order to get to the top of Coba, you have to climb up rocks that are pretty steep. Now personally, I am deathly afraid of heights as well…so I did not enjoy the climbing up as much. HOWEVER, the view at the top is so worth it! Even looking back now, I would do it again just for those views at the top
OTHER LOCATIONS THAT YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT

- NOMADE – Highly recommended if you’re looking for a super chic and boho photo spot. Also, they have a restaurant that serves healthy vegan dishes!

- FOLLOW THAT DREAM SIGN – If you’ve been on Pinterest at all these past couple of years, you know which location this is. It’s the one where two girls are on a bike right a sign that says “Follow That Dream”
